46 | 46 | | from Earth-to-orbit from 1981 to 2011, the 5 Mars rover |

47 | 47 | | vehicles that have explored the surface of Mars since |
---|
48 | 48 | | 1997, and the developing Moon exploration program |

50 | 50 | | Whereas the James Webb Space Telescope represents a pin- |

51 | 51 | | nacle of international collaboration in space exploration, |

52 | 52 | | led by NASA, showcasing the United States commitment |

54 | 54 | | unlock insights into our cosmic origins and our future; |

55 | 55 | | Whereas the ingenuity of aerospace scientists, engineers, as- |
