IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MAY8, 2025 Mr. T ONYGONZALESof Texas submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform RESOLUTION Congratulating Gregg Popovich, former Head Coach of the San Antonio Spurs and the winningest head coach in National Basketball Association history, on his retire- ment.
