51 | 51 | | Whereas from 2021 through 2024, border States spent bil- |

52 | 52 | | lions of dollars annually on the provision of healthcare, |

53 | 53 | | housing, education, and other services for illegal aliens; |

54 | 54 | | Whereas those apprehended came from over 160 nations, in- |

55 | 55 | | cluding many individuals on the terrorist watch list and |

56 | 56 | | Special Interest Aliens; |

57 | 57 | | Whereas thousands of criminal offenses have been committed |

58 | 58 | | by illegal immigrants, including assault, homicide, illegal |

59 | 59 | | drug and contraband possession, trafficking, and sexual |
