4-Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall
5-be in order to consider in the House the bill (H.R. 27) to
6-amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the
7-scheduling of fentanyl-related substances, and for other pur-
8-poses. All points of order against consideration of the bill are
9-waived. The amendment printed in part A of the report of
10-the Committee on Rules accompanying this resolution shall
11-be considered as adopted. The bill, as amended, shall be con-
12-sidered as read. All points of order against provisions in the
13-bill, as amended, are waived. The previous question shall be
14-considered as ordered on the bill, as amended, and on any
15-further amendment thereto, to final passage without inter-
16-vening motion except: (1) one hour of debate equally divided
17-and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of
18-the Committee on Energy and Commerce or their respective
19-designees; (2) the further amendment printed in part B of
20-the report of the Committee on Rules, if offered by the Mem-
21-ber designated in the report, which shall be in order without 2
22-•HRES 93 EH
23-intervention of any point of order, shall be considered as
24-read, shall be separately debatable for the time specified in
25-the report equally divided and controlled by the proponent
26-and an opponent, and shall not be subject to a demand for
27-division of the question; and (3) one motion to recommit.
