To require the headquarters of the National Aeronautics
and Space Administration to be transferred to Brevard
County, Florida.

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Consolidating Aero-4
space Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act’’ or ‘‘ CAPE 5
Canaveral Act’’. 6

SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE 1
ADMINISTRATION HEADQUARTERS TO 2
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. 3
Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment 4
of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aeronautics 5
and Space Administration shall be transferred to Brevard 6
County, Florida. 7
