To modify the boundary of the Vicksburg National Military
Park in the State of Mississippi, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Vicksburg National 4
Military Park Boundary Modification Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. VICKSBURG NATIONAL MILITARY PARK CONVEY-6
ANCE AND BOUNDARY MODIFICATION. 7
(a) C
ONVEYANCE.— 8
(1) I
N GENERAL.—The Secretary of the Inte-9
rior (referred to in this Act as the ‘‘Secretary’’) shall 10

convey to the State of Mississippi (referred to in this 1
Act as the ‘‘State’’) without consideration subject to 2
any terms and conditions that the Secretary deter-3
mines to be appropriate, the Federal land described 4
in subsection (b). 5
(2) D
ESCRIPTION OF FEDERAL LAND .—The 6
Federal land referred to in subsection (a) is the fol-7
lowing: 8
(A) The parcel of approximately 3.66 acres 9
of National Park Service land within the bound-10
ary of Vicksburg National Military Park, as de-11
picted on the map entitled ‘‘VICK–2024–01’’, 12
to be used by the State as a welcome center or 13
other public use. 14
(B) The approximately 6.48 acres of Na-15
tional Park Service land within the boundary of 16
Vicksburg National Mark Park, as depicted on 17
the map entitled ‘‘VICK–2024–02’’, to be used 18
by the State as an interpretive center or a mu-19
seum or other public use. 20

OUNDARYMODIFICATION.—On conveyance of a 21
parcel of Federal land under subsection (a), the Secretary 22
shall modify the boundary of the Vicksburg National Mili-23
