SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protecting Access to 4
Recreation with Cash Act’’ or the ‘‘PARC Act’’. 5

Section 803(e) of the Federal Lands Recreation En-4
hancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6802(e)) is amended by adding 5
at the end the following: 6
‘‘(3) A
CCEPTANCE OF CASH PAYMENTS RE -7
QUIRED.—The Secretary of the Interior shall require 8
that any unit of the National Park System at which 9
an entrance fee is charged in accordance with para-10
graph (1) accept cash as a form of payment for the 11
entrance fee.’’. 12
