DEFINITIONS. 1 In this Act: 2 (1) A TTORNEY GENERAL .—The term ‘‘Attorney 3 General’’ means the Attorney General, acting 4 through the Director of the National Institute of 5 Justice. 6 (2) F EDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘Federal land’’ 7 means land owned by the United States that is 8 under the administrative jurisdiction of— 9 (A) the Secretary of Agriculture; 10 (B) the Secretary of the Interior (except 11 land held in trust for the benefit of an Indian 12 Tribe); or 13 (C) the Secretary of Defense only with re-14 spect to land and water resources projects ad-15 ministered by the Corps of Engineers. 16 SEC. 3.
