| 43 | 43 | | ‘‘(A) is transporting raw or unfinished for-12 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | est products, including logs, pulpwood, biomass, 13 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | or wood chips; 14 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | ‘‘(B) is traveling a distance of not more 15 |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | than 150 air miles on the Interstate System 16 |
|---|
| 48 | 48 | | from the point of origin to a storage or proc-17 |
|---|
| 49 | 49 | | essing facility; and 18 |
