41 | 41 | | CLE.—In this subsection, the term ‘covered logging 10 |

42 | 42 | | vehicle’ means a vehicle that— 11 |
---|
43 | 43 | | ‘‘(A) is transporting raw or unfinished for-12 |
---|
44 | 44 | | est products, including logs, pulpwood, biomass, 13 |
---|
45 | 45 | | or wood chips; 14 |
---|
46 | 46 | | ‘‘(B) is traveling a distance of not more 15 |
---|
47 | 47 | | than 150 air miles on the Interstate System 16 |
---|
48 | 48 | | from the point of origin to a storage or proc-17 |
---|
49 | 49 | | essing facility; and 18 |
---|
50 | 50 | | ‘‘(C) meets applicable State legal weight 19 |

51 | 51 | | tolerances and vehicle configurations for trans-20 |
