| 40 | 40 | | (2) by inserting after ‘‘found,’’ the following: 17 |

| 41 | 41 | | ‘‘(2) by requiring a recipient to repay the amount of 18 |

| 43 | 43 | | cipient for a program or activity for a fiscal year 20 |

| 59 | 59 | | (1) in the first sentence, by striking ‘‘Any’’ and 7 |

| 60 | 60 | | inserting ‘‘(a) Any’’; and 8 |

| 62 | 62 | | ‘‘(b) If a court issues an injunction in a case, for a 10 |

| 63 | 63 | | claim in which a recipient of Federal financial assistance 11 |

| 64 | 64 | | for a program or activity is alleged to be in violation of 12 |

|---|
| 70 | 70 | | ‘‘(A) the date on which the court certifies 18 |
|---|
| 71 | 71 | | that the recipient is in compliance with the in-19 |
|---|

| 73 | 73 | | ‘‘(B) the date that is 1 year after the date 21 |
