4242 report or notice provided to Congress by NASA shall be 10
4343 provided to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and 11
4444 Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on 12
4545 Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Rep-13
4646 resentatives, concurrently with its delivery to any other 14
4747 committee or office. 15

5151 EQUESTS.—Nonpublic reports, including privileged re-17
5252 ports, reprogramming requests, and spend plans provided 18
5353 to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transpor-19
5454 tation of the Senate and the Committee on Science, Space, 20
5555 and Technology of the House of Representatives pursuant 21
5656 to subsection (a) shall be treated as confidential committee 22
5757 documents and shall not to be disclosed publicly. 23

5959 EPORTS ONINTERNATIONALAGREEMENTS.—If 24

6161 agreement or nonbinding instrument concerning activities 26
