---|
43 | 43 | | sult in a loss of essential information or regulatory 15 |

70 | 70 | | ess established under subsection (a) shall employ an artifi-11 |

71 | 71 | | cial intelligence system that meets strict standards, as set 12 |
---|
72 | 72 | | out by the National Institute of Standards and Tech-13 |
---|
73 | 73 | | nology, for accuracy, transparency, accountability, and na-14 |
---|
