SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Make the Migrant Pro-4
tection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025’’. 5

Section 235(b)(2)(C) of the Immigration and Nation-3
ality Act (8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(2)(C)) is amended by striking 4
‘‘may’’ and inserting ‘‘shall’’. 5
