Secretary of Veterans Affairs to certain individuals who
died before November 11, 1998.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Dennis and Lois 4
Krisfalusy Act’’. 5

SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS. 3
Section 2306(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, 4
is amended in subparagraphs (B) and (C) by striking 5
‘‘who dies on or after November 11, 1998,’’ each place 6
it appears. 7
