| 48 | 48 | | (i) antennas, cabling, and cable ele-15 |

| 50 | 50 | | (ii) the installation, interconnection, 17 |

| 51 | 51 | | and operation of system elements, power 18 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | levels, and radio frequencies carried on the 19 |

| 54 | 54 | | (iii) the radiation pattern of the an-21 |

|---|
| 79 | 79 | | tional facility in which the system is located; 16 |
|---|
| 80 | 80 | | (B) if the correctional facility that operates 17 |

| 81 | 81 | | the system is a State correctional facility, the 18 |
|---|
| 82 | 82 | | State that operates the correctional facility 19 |
|---|
| 83 | 83 | | shall be responsible for funding the entire cost 20 |
|---|
| 84 | 84 | | of the system, including the operation of the 21 |
|---|
