3434 ORKING GROUP.—The term ‘Working 4
3535 Group’ means the Deschutes River Conservancy 5
3636 Working Group composed of a board of directors of 6
3737 not fewer than 10, but not more than 15, members 7
3838 nominated by the group represented by the member, 8

4040 ‘‘(A) 2 members shall be representatives of 10
4141 the environmental community in the Deschutes 11
4242 River Basin; 12
4343 ‘‘(B) 2 members shall be representatives of 13
4444 the irrigated agriculture community in the 14
4545 Deschutes River Basin; 15
4646 ‘‘(C) 2 members shall be representatives of 16
4747 the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs 17
4848 Reservation of Oregon; 18
4949 ‘‘(D) 1 member shall be a representative of 19
5050 the hydroelectric production community in the 20
5151 Deschutes River Basin; 21
5252 ‘‘(E) 1 member shall be a representative of 22
5353 1 of the Federal agencies with authority and re-23
5454 sponsibility in the Deschutes River Basin; 24

6262 ‘‘(i) the Oregon Department of Fish 5

6464 ‘‘(ii) the Oregon Water Resources De-7
