3131 Section 3 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 3
3232 U.S.C. 2012) is amended— 4
3333 (1) in subsection (k)(1), by striking ‘‘consump-5
3434 tion except alcoholic beverages, tobacco, hot foods or 6
3535 hot food products ready for immediate consumption 7
3636 other than those authorized pursuant to clauses (3), 8
3737 (4), (5), (7), (8), and (9) of this subsection’’ and in-9
3838 serting ‘‘consumption, including hot foods or hot 10
3939 food products ready for immediate consumption and 11
4040 excluding alcoholic beverages, tobacco’’; 12
4141 (2) in subsection (o)(1)— 13
4242 (A) in the matter preceding subparagraph 14
4343 (A), by striking ‘‘and consumption’’ and insert-15
4444 ing ‘‘or home or immediate consumption’’; and 16
4545 (B) in subparagraph (A)— 17
4646 (i) by striking the subparagraph des-18
4747 ignation and all that follows through ‘‘of-19
4848 fers’’ and inserting the following: 20
