227227 through the negotiation of bilateral, plurilateral, or multi-25

236236 RIEFING.—The Secretary and the United 5
237237 States Trade Representative shall jointly provide to the 6
238238 Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the 7
239239 Senate, the Committee on Finance of the Senate, the 8
240240 Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representa-9
241241 tives, and the Committee on Ways and Means of the 10
242242 House of Representatives a semi-annual briefing on their 11
243243 efforts and success in carrying out subsection (a).’’. 12
