| 42 | 42 | | resents the employees of such entity that 12 |

| 43 | 43 | | are directly involved in the design and 13 |

| 44 | 44 | | manufacturing of aircraft; and 14 |

| 45 | 45 | | ‘‘(ii) two representatives with proven 15 |

| 46 | 46 | | experience in aerospace safety and demon-16 |
