DESIGNATION OF FINGER LAKES NATIONAL HERIT-1 AGE AREA. 2 (a) D ESIGNATION.—Section 6001(a) of the John D. 3 Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation 4 Act (Public Law 116–9; 133 Stat. 768; 136 Stat. 6163) 5 is amended by adding at the end the following: 6 ‘‘(14) F INGER LAKES NATIONAL HERITAGE 7 AREA.— 8 ‘‘(A) I N GENERAL.—There is established 9 as a component of the National Heritage Area 10 System the Finger Lakes National Heritage 11 Area in the State of New York, consisting of 12 Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Livingston, Mon-13 roe, Onondaga, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, 14 Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates 15 Counties, New York. 16 ‘‘(B) L OCAL COORDINATING ENTITY .—The 17 Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance shall be the 18 local coordinating entity for the National Herit-19 age Area designated by subparagraph (A).’’. 20 (b) M ANAGEMENTPLAN.—For the purposes of sec-21 tion 6001(c) of the John D.
