36 | 36 | | tion, usually as a result of warm temperatures that 7 |

37 | 37 | | cause precipitation to fall as rain rather than snow 8 |

39 | 39 | | SEC. 3. DEFINITION OF DISASTER. 10 |

43 | 43 | | (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘and’’ at 13 |

44 | 44 | | the end; 14 |

45 | 45 | | (2) in subparagraph (C), by striking the period 15 |
---|
46 | 46 | | at the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and 16 |
