1818 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
1919 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Strengthening Child 4
2020 Exploitation Enforcement Act’’. 5
2121 SEC. 2. KIDNAPPING; SEXUAL ABUSE; ILLICIT SEXUAL CON-6
