438438 LIGIBLEENTITY.—In this section, the term 3
439439 ‘eligible entity’ means a partnership between a State board 4
440440 or local board and 1 or more of the following: 5
441441 ‘‘(1) A community-based organization. 6
442442 ‘‘(2) A library (as defined in section 213 of the 7
443443 Library Services and Technology Act (20 U.S.C. 8
444444 9122)) that offers workforce development activities 9
445445 at no cost to individuals. 10

447447 RANTSAUTHORIZED.—From funds made 11
448448 available under section 172(g), the Secretary is authorized 12
449449 to make grants to eligible entities to carry out the purpose 13
450450 of this section. 14
451451 ‘‘(d) A
452452 PPLICATION.—To be eligible to receive a grant 15
453453 under this section, an eligible entity shall submit an appli-16
454454 cation to the Secretary at such time, in such manner, and 17
455455 containing such information as the Secretary may require. 18

458458 ‘‘(1) I
459459 N GENERAL.—An eligible entity that re-20
460460 ceives a grant under this section shall use funds 21
461461 made available through the grant to establish a col-22
462462 lege and career navigator program within the li-23
463463 brary, community-based organization, or agency that 24
464464 is a partner of such eligible entity. 25
