Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Easter Monday Act 4
of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. EASTER MONDAY AS A LEGAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY. 6
Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is 7
amended by inserting after the item relating to Washing-8
ton’s Birthday the following: 9

after the first Sunday that occurs after the full 2
Moon that occurs on or after the spring equinox 3
