Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Natural Gas Tax Re-4
peal Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REPEAL. 6
Section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7436) 7
