88 | 88 | | training services, education, and outreach activities 23 |

105 | 105 | | PPLICATIONS.—An eligible entity that desires 11 |

106 | 106 | | to receive a grant under this section shall submit an appli-12 |

107 | 107 | | cation to the Secretary of Labor at such time, in such 13 |
---|
108 | 108 | | manner, and containing such information as the Secretary 14 |
---|
109 | 109 | | may require, including the following information: 15 |
---|
110 | 110 | | ‘‘(1) A description of the new or expanded 16 |
---|
111 | 111 | | training services, education, or outreach activities 17 |
---|
112 | 112 | | supported by the grant, including a description of 18 |
---|
113 | 113 | | how the new training services, education, or out-19 |
---|
114 | 114 | | reach activities will align with existing programming 20 |
---|
115 | 115 | | related to careers in the residential construction in-21 |
---|
116 | 116 | | dustry at the eligible entity, and the relevant faculty 22 |

117 | 117 | | or technical instructors employed by the eligible enti-23 |

118 | 118 | | ty on the date of the submission of the application 24 |

137 | 137 | | the process by which the eligible entity will ensure 15 |

138 | 138 | | that a partner provides fair wages and benefits that 16 |
---|
139 | 139 | | are commensurate with local pay and benefit pack-17 |

140 | 140 | | ages, and a plan for sustaining activities and part-18 |
