Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Neighbors Not En-4
emies Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ALIEN ENEMIES ACT. 6
Sections 4067 through 4070 of the Revised Statutes 7
of the United States (50 U.S.C. 21–24) are repealed. 8
