Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Defund Planned Par-4
enthood Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION. 6
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Fed-7
eral funds may be made available to Planned Parenthood 8
Federation of America, or to any of its affiliates. 9
