Stop, Observe, Ask, and Respond to Health and Wellness
Training Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE SOAR TO HEALTH 3
AND WELLNESS TRAINING PROGRAM. 4
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 1254(h) of the Public 5
Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300d–54(h)) is amended 6
by striking ‘‘fiscal years 2020 through 2024’’ and insert-7
ing ‘‘fiscal years 2025 through 2029’’. 8

ances in the Nonrecurring Expenses Fund (009–90–0125) 2
