a national monument.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ending Presidential 4
Overreach on Public Lands Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. NATIONAL MONUMENTS. 6
Section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (com-7
monly referred to as the ‘‘Antiquities Act’’), is amended 8
to read as follows: 9
