37 | 37 | | ‘‘(i) shall offer students a variety of 8 |

38 | 38 | | fluid milk; 9 |

39 | 39 | | ‘‘(ii) may offer students flavored and 10 |

40 | 40 | | unflavored organic or nonorganic whole, 11 |
---|
41 | 41 | | reduced-fat, low-fat, and fat-free fluid milk 12 |
---|
42 | 42 | | and lactose-free fluid milk;’’; and 13 |
---|
43 | 43 | | (B) in clause (iii), by striking ‘‘physician’’ 14 |
---|
44 | 44 | | and inserting ‘‘physician, parent, or legal 15 |
---|
45 | 45 | | guardian’’; and 16 |
