4141 (1) by redesignating such section 764 as section 17

4343 (2) in subsection (a)(3)— 19
4444 (A) by striking ‘‘to eligible entities in’’ and 20
4545 inserting ‘‘to eligible entities that— 21
4646 ‘‘(A) are in’’; 22
4747 (B) by striking the period and inserting ‘‘; 23
4848 or’’; and 24
4949 (C) by adding at the end the following: 25
