SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Marcella LeBeau Rec-4
ognition Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. MARCELLA LEBEAU FEDERAL BUILDING. 6
(a) D
ESIGNATION.—The Federal building located at 7
225 South Pierre Street in Pierre, South Dakota, shall 8

be known and designated as the ‘‘Marcella LeBeau Fed-1

EFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-3
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 4
States to the Federal building referred to in subsection 5
(a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘Marcella 6
LeBeau Federal Building’’. 7
