| 40 | 40 | | that meets the definition of a ‘‘drug’’, ‘‘device’’, or 11 |

| 41 | 41 | | ‘‘cosmetic’’ (as such terms are defined in sections 12 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | 201(g), (h), and (i) of the Federal Food, Drug, and 13 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 321(g), (h), and (i))), or 14 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | ‘‘food’’ (as defined in section 201(f) of such Act (21 15 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | U.S.C. 321(f))), including poultry and poultry prod-16 |
