To designate the mountain at the Devils Tower National
Monument, Wyoming, as Devils Tower, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF DEVILS TOWER. 3
(a) I
NGENERAL.—The mountain at the Devils 4
Tower National Monument, Wyoming, located at 5
44°35′26″N, by 104°42′55″W, and the area located at 6
44°35′21″N, by 104°41′48″W, shall be known and des-7
ignated as ‘‘Devils Tower’’. 8

(b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in any law, map, 1
regulation, order, document, paper, or other record of the 2
United States to the mountain and area described in sub-3
section (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to ‘‘Devils 4
Tower’’. 5
