To clarify where court may be held for certain district courts

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Local Access to Courts 2
Act’’ or ‘‘LACA’’. 3
SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION OF TEXAS DISTRICT COURTS. 4
Section 124(b)(2) of title 28, United States Code, is 5
amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (3), by in-6
serting ‘‘and College Station’’ before the period at the end. 7
SEC. 3. ORGANIZATION OF CALIFORNIA DISTRICT COURTS. 8
Section 84(d) of title 28, United States Code, is 9
amended by inserting ‘‘and El Centro’’ after ‘‘at San 10
Diego’’. 11
