45 | 45 | | cational agencies being studied require Holocaust 14 |
---|
46 | 46 | | education as part of the curriculum taught in public 15 |
---|
47 | 47 | | elementary schools and secondary schools; 16 |

48 | 48 | | (2) identify States and local educational agen-17 |
---|
49 | 49 | | cies being studied that have optional Holocaust edu-18 |
---|
50 | 50 | | cation as part of the curriculum taught in public ele-19 |

51 | 51 | | mentary schools and secondary schools; 20 |

52 | 52 | | (3) identify each State’s standards and the re-21 |

53 | 53 | | quirements of the local educational agencies being 22 |
