| 38 | 38 | | Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, or Mustafa 9 |

| 39 | 39 | | Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi under chapter 47A of title 10, 10 |

| 40 | 40 | | United States Code, or any other provision of law for the 11 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, a sentence of 12 |
