ODIFICATION.—In this Act, the term ‘‘Bull Mountains 5
Mining Plan Modification’’ means Amendment 3, Bull 6
Mountains Mine No. 1, Mining Plan Modification for Fed-7
eral Coal Lease MTM 97988, that was approved by De-8
partment of the Interior Principal Deputy Assistant Sec-9

INING OFFEDERALMINERALS.— 3
(1) I
N GENERAL.—All Federal coal reserves 4
leased under Federal Coal Lease MTM 97988 lo-5
cated in the Federal land described in subsection (c) 6
are authorized to be mined in accordance with the 7
Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification. 8
(2) R
EQUIREMENT.—Not later than 30 days 9
after the date of enactment of this Act, the Sec-10
retary of the Interior shall, without modification or 11
delay, approve the Bull Mountains Mining Plan 12
Modification to the extent necessary to mine the 13
Federal land described in subsection (c). 14
(c) D
ESCRIPTION OFFEDERALLAND.—The Federal 15
land referred to in subsection (b) is the following land, 16
comprising 800 acres, more or less, located in T. 6 N., 17
R. 27 E., Montana Principal Meridian, Musselshell Coun-18
