4545 NCLUSIONS.—The park shall include 14

4747 ‘‘(i) A historic zone, including— 16
4848 ‘‘(I) the Marsh-Billings-Rocke-17

5050 ‘‘(II) surrounding buildings; and 19
5151 ‘‘(III) a portion of the area 20
5252 known as ‘Mt. Tom’. 21
5353 ‘‘(ii) A protection zone, including the 22
5454 area occupied by the Billings Farm and 23
5555 Museum. 24
5656 ‘‘(iii) The King Farm, which shall be 25
5757 divided between the historic zone described 26

108108 animal husbandry, and other agricultural operations 15
109109 customary in the State of Vermont; 16
110110 ‘‘(2) conservation purposes in a manner that 17
111111 preserves the historic character of a working farm 18
112112 and forest; and 19
113113 ‘‘(3) educational purposes relating to agri-20
114114 culture, forestry, and conservation activities, includ-21
115115 ing the study of natural history.’’. 22

146146 ment of stewardship practices through workshops, 23

160160 DMINISTRATION.—The Institute shall be man-8
161161 aged as a program of the park.’’. 9
