SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Respect State Housing 4
Laws Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. CLARIFICATION. 6
Section 4024 of the CARES Act (15 U.S.C. 9058) 7
is amended by striking subsection (c). 8
