To include Czechia in the list of foreign states whose nation-
als are eligible for admission into the United States
as E–1 nonimmigrants if United States nationals are
treated similarly by the Government of Czechia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. NONIMMIGRANTS TRADERS. 3
For purposes of section 101(a)(15)(E)(i) of the Im-4
migration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 5
1101(a)(15)(E)(i)), Czechia shall be considered to be a 6
foreign state described in such section if the Government 7
