To require the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a
permanent program to provide tuition assistance to mem-
bers of the Air National Guard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Air Guard Standard-4
izing Tuition Assistance To Unify the Services Act of 5
2025’’ or the ‘‘Air Guard STATUS Act of 2025’’. 6

SEC. 2. PROVISION OF TUITION ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS 1
OF AIR NATIONAL GUARD. 2
The Secretary of the Air Force shall establish a per-3
manent program to pay, under section 2007 of title 10, 4
United States Code, all or a portion of the charges of an 5
educational institution for the tuition or expenses of a 6
member of the Air National Guard who is in compliance 7
with the training requirements under regulations pre-8
scribed under section 502(a) of title 32, United States 9
Code. 10
