3232 NGENERAL.—After the date of enactment of 4
3333 this Act, no Federal funds may, directly or indirectly, be 5
3434 made available to or used to support an organization de-6
3535 scribed in subsection (b), including through the payment 7
3636 of dues to or the purchase of programming from the orga-8
3737 nization by a public broadcast station using Federal funds 9
3838 received by the station. 10

4040 RGANIZATIONSDESCRIBED.—The organizations 11
4141 described in this subsection are— 12
4242 (1) the organization known, as of the date of 13
4343 enactment of this Act, as the ‘‘Public Broadcasting 14
4444 Service’’; 15
4545 (2) the organization known, as of the date of 16
4646 enactment of this Act, as ‘‘National Public Radio’’; 17
4747 and 18
4848 (3) any successor organization to an organiza-19
4949 tion described in paragraph (1) or (2). 20

5353 UBLICDEBT.—For fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027, 22
5454 the Corporation for Public Broadcasting shall transfer to 23
5555 the account established by section 3113(d) of title 31, 24
5656 United States Code, an amount equal to the sum of the 25
5757 amounts allocated under clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 26
