SECTION 1. CHIEF ZEB SMITH POST OFFICE. 3

ESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States 4
Postal Service located at 107 North Hoyne Avenue in 5
Fritch, Texas, shall be known and designated as the 6
‘‘Chief Zeb Smith Post Office’’. 7

EFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-8
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 9
