A BILL
To remove restrictions from a parcel of land in Paducah,
Kentucky.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REMOVAL OF RESTRICTION. 3
(a) I
NGENERAL.—The Secretary of the Interior shall 4
execute such instruments as may be necessary to remove 5
all deed restrictions from the parcel of land described in 6
subsection (c). 7
(b) D
EEDRESTRICTIONS.—The deed restrictions re-8
ferred to in subsection (a) are those restrictions, including 9
easements, exceptions, reservations, terms, conditions, and 10

covenants described in the quitclaim deed from the United 1
States to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, executed on 2
April 27, 2012, and recorded by the Clerk of the County 3
Court of McCracken County, Kentucky on pages 247 4
through 260 of Deed Book 1229. 5
(c) L
ANDDESCRIPTION.—The parcel of land referred 6
to in subsection (a) is the parcel— 7
(1) comprised of approximately 3.62 acres lo-8
cated at 2956 Park Avenue, on the Paducah Memo-9
rial Army Reserve Center, Paducah, McCracken 10
County, Kentucky, including the improvements 11
thereon; and 12
(2) conveyed by the Secretary of the Interior to 13
the City of Paducah, Kentucky. 14
