20	20	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Navajo-Gallup Water 4
21	21	Supply Project Amendments Act of 2025’’. 5

342	342	leases, permits, or rights-of-way 8

346	346	United States from those rights, 12
347	347	contracts, leases, permits, or 13
348	348	rights-of-ways after the date on 14
349	349	which the land described in 15
350	350	clause (ii) of subparagraph (A) is 16
351	351	taken into trust for the benefit of 17
352	352	the Nation from any sale, bonus, 18
353	353	royalty, or rental relating to that 19
354	354	land in the same manner as 20
355	355	amounts received from other land 21
356	356	held by the Secretary in trust for 22
357	357	the Nation. 23

417	417	‘‘(ii) right or claim of the Nation to 23
418	418	any land or interest in land in existence on 24
419	419	the day before the date of enactment of the 25

1134	1134	IMITATION.—No portion of the amounts 15
1135	1135	in the Settlement Trust Funds shall be distributed 16
1136	1136	to any Nation or Jicarilla Apache Nation member on 17
