ment Trust Fund, to amend the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 to
make technical corrections to the Taos Pueblo Water Development Fund

To amend the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of
2009 to make a technical correction to the Navajo Na-
tion Water Resources Development Trust Fund, to
amend the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 to make tech-
nical corrections to the Taos Pueblo Water Development
Fund and Aamodt Settlement Pueblos’ Fund, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Technical Corrections 4
to the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects 5

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF ADJUSTED IN-3
TEREST ON THE NAVAJO NATION WATER RE-4
SOURCES DEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND. 5
The Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 6
(Public Law 111–11) is amended— 7
(1) in section 10701(e)(1)(A)(vii), by striking 8
‘‘10702.’’ and inserting ‘‘10702, except for deposits 9
made pursuant to section 10702(g).’’; and 10
(2) in section 10702— 11
(A) in subsection (a)(1), by striking ‘‘sub-12
section (f)’’ and inserting ‘‘subsections (f) and 13
(g)’’; and 14
(B) by adding at the end the following: 15
‘‘(g) A
DJUSTEDINTERESTPAYMENTS.—In addition 16
to amounts made available under subsection (f), there is 17
authorized to be appropriated for deposit in the Trust 18
Fund $6,357,674.46.’’. 19
SEC. 3. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF ADJUSTED IN-20
TEREST ON THE TAOS PUEBLO WATER DE-21
VELOPMENT FUND. 22
The Claims Resolution Act of 2010 (Public Law 111– 23
291) is amended by adding after section 513 the following: 24

‘‘SEC. 514. ADJUSTED INTEREST PAYMENTS. 1
‘‘In addition to the amounts made available under 2
section 509(c), there is authorized to be appropriated to 3
the Secretary for deposit into the Taos Pueblo Water De-4
velopment Fund established by section 505(a) 5
$7,794,297.52.’’. 6
SEC. 4. AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF ADJUSTED IN-7
TEREST ON THE AAMODT SETTLEMENT 8
PUEBLOS’ FUND. 9
The Claims Resolution Act of 2010 (Public Law 111– 10
291) is amended by adding after section 626 the following: 11
‘‘SEC. 627. INTEREST PAYMENTS. 12
‘‘(a) A
DJUSTEDINTERESTPAYMENTS.—In addition 13
to amounts made available under section 617, there is au-14
thorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for deposit 15
into the Aamodt Settlement Pueblos’ Fund established by 16
section 615(a) $4,314,709.18 for the Pueblos’ share of the 17
costs of operating, maintaining, and replacing the Pueblo 18
Water Facilities and the Regional Water System, as set 19
forth in section 617(c)(1)(B). 20
‘‘(b) W
AIVER OFPAYMENT.—To the extent monies 21
are due or payable to the United States attributable to 22
interest earned on amounts made available under section 23
617(c)(1)(A) prior to September 15, 2017, the Secretary 24
of the Treasury shall waive payment of such monies.’’. 25

(a) S
ECTION509 OFCLAIMSRESOLUTIONACT OF 2
2010.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect 3
the previous satisfaction of the conditions precedent in 4
section 509(f)(2) of the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 5
(Public Law 111–291) or to affect the validity of the Sec-6
retarial finding published in the Federal Register on Octo-7
ber 7, 2016, pursuant to section 509(f)(1) of the Claims 8
Resolution Act of 2010 (Public Law 111–291) that such 9
conditions precedent were fully satisfied. 10
(b) S
ECTION623 OFCLAIMSRESOLUTIONACT OF 11
2010.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect 12

section 623(a)(2) of the Claims Resolution Act of 2010 14
(Public Law 111–291) or to affect the validity of the Sec-15
