82 | 82 | | fishing industry leaders, communities that engage in 21 |

83 | 83 | | artisanal or subsistence fishing, fishers, and the private 22 |

84 | 84 | | sector, in a concerted effort— 23 |

85 | 85 | | (1) to continue the broad effort across the Fed-24 |
