38 | 38 | | sessed or voluntary contributions to the World Health Or-10 |

39 | 39 | | ganization until after the Secretary of State certifies to 11 |

40 | 40 | | Congress that the World Health Organization meets all 12 |

41 | 41 | | of the conditions described in subsection (b). 13 |

50 | 50 | | lign influence of the Chinese Communist Party; 21 |
---|
51 | 51 | | (3) is not involved in a coverup of the Chinese 22 |
---|
52 | 52 | | Communist Party’s response to the COVID–19 pan-23 |
